This beautifully light and fresh property still has the newly built feel, located 1 street back from the beach in tranquil Encounter Bay.

With 3 bedrooms and 2 living areas this well thought out property has enough room for everyone. Across an open kitchen living and dining all the family can share in the space, or alternatively there is a separate living area that either the children or the adults can retreat to. A pellet style combustion heater and ducted air conditioning means this property is welcoming all year round. Bedroom 1 has a queen and ensuite, with bedroom 2 consisting of 2 singles, and bedroom 3 with 2 sets of bunks.  
  
There is a beautifully grassed flat and fully fenced rear garden which is the perfect entertaining area should the beach not be a draw for you.  
  
This is the perfect property combining the new and fresh feel surrounded by beautiful tall trees.
