    The space

    The beach house offers sophisticated coastal living with beautiful natural light and is tailored for families or couples. The Beach House spirit shines through three bedrooms and inviting living spaces designed for post-surf relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen flows into an extended back porch — a perfect place for outdoor dining.

    Beach & Shoreline Access

    Seabluffe's private oceanfront stairs are just a 3-minute walk from the home and lead directly to the shoreline and Grandview surf area. Please note that the shoreline directly below the community is primarily rocky rather than a wide sandy beach. Nearby sandy beaches include Grandview, with additional beach access at Beacons just over a mile south and Ponto to the north. Beach and shoreline conditions vary with tides and the season.
