"Our stayed at the Hyatt was great. The room was cleaned and constable. We were able to rest at night with no noise. Breakfast was awesome every morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to stay at this hotel in iur next trip to Richmond. "

"Bed was comfortable. AC did not work until manager came and unplugged it and plugged it back in to reset it. Cord was hidden under carpet. Took the towels after the first night even though we hung them up but never brought fresh. The hallway carpet was stained and very dirty. Breakfast area was very basic. One carafe of coffee that always seemed to be empty. Spills on the floor right in front of the elevator that patrons had to walk around but the staff did too. It was an ok stay for two nights but the facility could use a lot of updates."
