Room was totally outdated, the pavement partially cleaned, there was issues with the light so that some lights turned on in the middle of the night, minibar was not existing, the minibar fridge was not working properly, the safe was not working, the bathroom tub - jacuzzi was not working either. "Very spacious, clean apartment, within walking distance from the center. Secure parking space available. Very good and friendly communication, not something that you find easily lately with highly automated services of air b&b type. We were greeted and shown the place by Nina, even if it was late at night!"

"Upon arrival was told we have to change rooms the next day so it was pointless to unpack just to re pack the next day, also could not go anywhere until after 11:00am waiting for cleaners to clean new room the following morning. The room had no chair, shower curtain, toilet paper holder, kettle, hair dryer, bin in room, tv’s in both rooms kept loosing its stations, smallest fridge that didn’t work and towels only replaced every 4 days, cafeteria style breakfast."
