Compared with other places in Greece the staff was not that helpful. Regardless it is many times better than other places outside Greece. The furniture is slightly dated, but parking and location are very nice.

Disastrous rooms to brand themselves as 4 star hotel. Wallpaper that falls off both in the room and hall. Shower nozzles that do not fit into the wall bracket or wall brackets that are completely loose. Drapery that covers 1/3 of the tub and creates puddles on the floor after a shower. The only positive was a working AC and fridge.

Filthy room

Our room was nothing like the pictures. Don’t get deceived. Unlike the photos where they show the rooms having wooden floors, ours had a filthy and absolutely disgusting carpet with hair. I had to tell the kids to stay on the bed at all times to avoid walking on that carpet. We had also requested a crib for our little one, but they said they didn’t know anything about that request. The breakfast was average. Such a shame.

Das Philippos Xenia ist ein sehr schönes Hotel. Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mobiliar und sanitären Anlagen sieht man das an. Aber dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sauberkeit, Service, der Spa-Bereich… super! Wir würden wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!

Nicht empfehlenswert!

Alles in allem waren wir gar nicht zufrieden. Nicht sauber, alles abgenutzt, unfreundliche Dame am Empfang, kein Zugang zum Spa und schlechte Luft im Zimmer. Nicht empfehlenswert!

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Rooftopbar hat ein super Ambiente. Die Zimmer könnten etwas sauberer sein, waren aber auch nicht so dreckig sodass man gar nicht hätte darin wohnen können. Es waren eher hier und da mal ein paar Flecken, die vielleicht nicht weggingen und nicht schön anzusehen sind. Die Zimmer waren schon moderner aber die Bäder könnten mal modernisiert werden, da sie etwas altmodisch sind. Ein Außenpool wäre auch super. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn es sich nochmal um einen kurzen Aufenthalt handelt.
