"This is a very good property. We have stayed there twice, and found the staff, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, convenient, and fulfilled our needs. The breakfast had many selections, but was a bit short on protein. Fruits, rolls, donuts, Cereal, waffles, and other bread products were available. We will stay here again.

"Everything at this property was as described and amazing. I appreciated the host’s communication as well. We enjoyed the quiet mornings and evenings on the deck. Had a great time kayaking and fishing from the deck too. So much wildlife on daily walks (geese, deer, bunnies, squirrels, and delightful birds). We enjoyed a couple of nights with s’mores by the fire pit. The accommodations inside were as inviting as the outdoor amenities. So great to have a washer and dryer right on property. The kitchen was fully furnished. If all that wasn’t enough - it was the BEST location in the Okoboji area. Close to beach area and all the attractions without them being out the front door. Also very close to Cutty’s to visit family camping. Couldn’t have found a more perfect get away. "

"The property is even more beautiful in person. The house is so quiet and such a relaxing place to be. The pergola and grill were wonderful for family dinner. The house is Incredibly clean and brand new, and the bed is super comfy. Great kitchen supplies and an awesome quiet fridge. Best part is that it's right near the waterfront walk that goes down to the boardwalk at the park. It was wonderful to get out and walk each morning. We will definitely stay again the next time we're in the area."
