"Waited 6 hours for a room that I had to go 3 times to speak to the front desk as to why. There reasoning is housekeeping. How so? I should hv been reimbursed for the first night stay. Literally got my room almost 8pm from a 230 check in, "

My husband and I only stayed for one night but it was convenient and close to the Premium Outlets. Overall the hotel is fair and I properly will stay their again. "
