  • Sound of the Sea is an oceanfront condominium complex within walking distance to everything! Two outdoor swimming pools (closed off-season), clubhouse & tennis courts. Walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and more. Gated community. Elevators from ground level. Sorry, no pets. Wireless Internet Access Provided!

    404 West Sound of the Sea is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Oceanfront condo that boast fabulous views of the pristine ocean. It is tastefully decorated and has a fantastic view! The Living Area has a Large Flat Screen TV, Queen Sleeper Sofa and direct access to the covered deck with table, chairs & loungers. Dining area allows seating for 4. Kitchen/Bar Area is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave & washer/dryer for your convenience. Master Bedroom #1 with Queen, Flat screen TV and full bath along with an oceanview deck access. Bedroom #2 has Twin Beds and a Flat Screen TV. Full Bath. 3 Flat Screen TVs, CD Player & 2 DVD Player¡s. Apple Kicker for your iPhone or iPod and Beach Chairs.

    Linens & Towels Provided! (Weekly stays only)

    No Smoking.

    NO PETS.

    PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes (2 cars max). Sound of the Sea does not have overflow parking. ***Lost Gate Card Fee is $75, Lost Parking Pass Fee is $50.***

    Reminder: The small complex pool will reopen in the spring for guest use!

    Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday.

    Rents nightly with a 3-night minimum stay, off-season only.

    Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
