Overall this place met expectations. It's literally a 1-3 min easy walk to the beach and furniture in the main room is in relatively good shape. The access to the beach is the best thing this place has going for it! The communication from sun surf realty and their customer service was top tier. However, We ran into a few minor inconveniences which added up to a lot which would lead us to not return to this unit. No AC night one (got up to 78 degrees in the condo), ant infestation in kitchen and a bedroom, hornet nests in backyard where we walked our dog, sprinklers going off when trying to walk the dog (host didn't want them turned off which was weird to us), no exhaust fan in the kitchen so cooking didn't leave a great smell in the condo, no blinds or curtain on the bathroom window which the house behind can see in as well as the neighbors walking their dog. Spring mattress in main bedroom is old and creaky and super uncomfortable. If there were only 1-2 of those items, we would be able to rate it higher. The annoyances piled up.
