"We stayed just one night for a flight the next day. It was such a lovely hotel. It is within a couple of miles of the airport, but it was quiet. I liked their climate control system. No noisy air or heating. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was more than adequate. The airport shuttle service was timely and friendly."

"The condition of the room was completely unacceptable and far below what was advertised. Upon arrival, we found the room to be filthy and unsanitary. There was trash throughout the hotel, dirty walls, blood stains on the floor, and a strong, unpleasant odor. The toilet seat had yellow stains, the curtains were dirty and had holes in them, and the overall condition of the room was extremely disturbing. Additionally, there was no air conditioning available. When I raised this concern with the front desk, I was simply directed to a sign stating that there was no A/C and was told to contact the third-party booking provider. This response was unhelpful and did not address the seriousness of the situation. I have taken photographs documenting the condition of the room as evidence. Given the state of the property, I strongly suggest that you review your listing on Expedia, as the current representation does not reflect the reality of the accommodations. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly. I look forward to your response and a resolution to this issue. Filthy disgusting place!"
