"Points Positifs :-Vue imprenable et magnifique sur le port depuis la terrasse- communication très fluide avec l'hôte- bonne localisation à deux pas de la plage et pas loin du centre de roses et canyelles petites- Appartement spacieux sur l'étage supérieur- on a passé de très bon moments en famille et de beaux souvenirs En résumé, très bel appartement mais il faut le moderniser un peu, et mieux le nettoyer avant le check in ( sous les lits, hotte, douche), ajouter un four pour justifier le prix.Communication tres fluide avec l hôte.Vue magnifique de la terrasse."

"Une vue à couper le souffle, villa propre et parfaite pour 2 familles avec ados, chacun avait son espace même si beaucoup de marches et un accès assez raide.Un accueil et une réactivité de Bojana et Aleix au top ! Nous avons adoré et recommandons cette villa."

"Le logement correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour de 2 semaines. L'agence est très réactive lorsqu'on a des demandes. A savoir lorsqu'on ne connait pas Roses, la distance d'1,2 km qui nous sépare de la plage se fait avec un gros dénivelé... mais on a une magnifique vue sur la baie de l'appartement (cf photos)"

"Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en familia. La casa, la piscina y el jardín son espectaculares. Mención a parte para las vistas al mar, con la bahía de Roses como protagonista. Por la tarde, los rayos de sol se cuelan en la piscina y el atardecer es precioso. El jardín tiene un gran olivo central que proporciona una sombra muy agradable durante el día, la cual se complementa con la agradable brisa marina que sopla con frecuencia. Además, hay dos toldos enormes que cubren una amplia mesa exterior junto a la zona de la barbacoa. La casa por dentro es muy espaciosa, moderna, bien climatizada y la encontramos muy limpia. La ubicación es excelente, a 5 min a pie de la Playa de los Palangrers y a 10 min del centro de Roses. Los propietarios son discretos y muy dispuestos. El encargado es cercano y profesional. Me he sentido muy a gusto."

"Quedé entrada a las 12h con la propietaria. La encargada de dar las llaves no sabía nada. Al final entramos a 14h30'.Llevabamos dos neveras con comida con hielo pero se fundió. Habíamos calculado para que llegara bien más o menos antes de las 13h pero tuvimos que tirar gran parte de la misma. La persona de consergeria no explico que el apartamento nuestro los anteriores inquilinos se fueron a la hora prevista, 10h y que ella no sabía que nosotros entrábamos a 12h. Así que a 12h no estaba preparado."
