Situé au calme dans une résidence parfaitement entretenue avec petite piscine et promenade sur la corniche aménagée. A 1/4 d'heure de marche du centre ville très agréable ou 5 mn en voiture mais possibilité de laisser la voiture sur la place réservée devant la résidence Excellente communication et facilité d'accès. Équipement complet (manque un grille pain pour être comme à la maison), la résidence est calme en octobre. La plage la plus sympa est à 1km en longeant la mer, un vrai plaisir !
