"I have been using this hotel for about over 7-8 years and every time I travel to Chicago I look for this one particular hotel. I want to only go here is relaxing is clean. The breakfast is everything and it’s till 11:30 in the morning which is great as more than enough time for me to get up if I get up late and eat, I really like it here"

"This place did not look anything like the pictures. It was dirty and unkept. Linens were stained. Carpet was filthy. Walls peeling. There were spills in the hallway left sitting with towels on top. I mean... Terrible experience. "

"The parking is nice, we stayed for one night. It is not clos to ORD Airport, but is quiet. We have a flight early morning so no traffic to the airport. Hotel is nice and quiet."

"The room had mold and was incredibly water damaged. They refused to refund. I am going to attach pictures because I was in disbelief how bad the room was. Do not waste your time or money at this establishment. When I informed the staff he just took pictures of my pictures and said ok. It smelled super perfumey, which I am assuming they did to cover up the mold/mildew smell."
