Ran into some snags, if you book online and use your phone, you will NOT see the 60$ per night for their valet ONLY parking. You can park across the street for half the price. The elevators were being worked on, but they were not well marked as to which ones were working and we were half an hour late for a time ticketed event. I was excited about the balcony, didnt bother me that it was indoors. The part that was bad was it overlooked the swimming pool and it was so humid and stuffy that you couldn't sit out there. The one parking garage across the street is NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSABLE. Had I know this, I wouldnt have parked there either. The snacks in the store in the front where very expensive. I got fruit snacks, candy bar and pickles and it was almost 20$ the pool ran out of towels the one day.

We had a great stay here! The staff was helpful & friendly, but most of all it was CLEAN!!! It was close to everything we needed…shopping, entertainment, restaurants…. It was perfect for a girls trip!
