Home w/ Lake Access-3BR-2BA-1 level, Month stay Ok

  • Summary:

    This beautiful 3 bed, 2 bath home home built in 2017 is just walking distance to downtown Elk River. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets with view of the lake and access to dock just a quick walk from house. Paddle board or bring your own boat to tie up to the dock. Walk or bike to the dam to fish, library just up the road, dog park and beautiful beach at lake Orono park just a short walk away.



    The Space:

    The back yard is fenced in. We have a private dock



    We also rent Pontoons!!

    Rentals are for consecutive days only:

    1 day $385.00+ tax

    3 consecutive days $600.00+tax

    5 consecutive days $800.00+tax

    7 consecutive days $950.00+tax

    30 consecutive days $2850+ tax

    We require a $300 damage deposit at booking
