"The place was very nice and we love New Smyrna. Mark was attentive and made sure he answered all our questions. Parking could have been an issue and like many places in New Smyrna, parking is limited. Make sure you prepare for that! The air conditioner was regulated, it turned out fine but we would have liked to have known that in advance. The condo was very spacious, well stocked and had very inviting. We would definitely go back!"

"The stay at Jeff's Penthouse condo was Amazing !! It was one of the best vacation properties that suited our whole family. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, relaxing and everything we could have asked for. There was nothing lackng in the condo from linens, towels, kitchen items, to pool / beach accessories and even baby items. It was large enough for some of our local family to come over and visit. "I am absolutely in love with Michelle’s condo! From the minute we walked through the door, we were instantly blown away at how impressive this condo is. The pictures do not do it justice! Everything was spotless and so beautifully decorated, so many little details that made this property truly special. The balcony is amazing, and the jetted tub is an added bonus! My kids instantly found the toy box and found their favorites to play with during our stay. The entire time we were there, my kids and I kept saying to each other how much we loved it, how we wished we lived there, and how we never wanted to leave. Honestly my family just wants to move in! My hope is that everyone who books this room will respect it and take care of it, so that it continues to stay as nice as it currently is. New Smyrna Beach is my happy place, and this property is the icing on the cake. Now that we’ve stayed here, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else when I’m in NSB, and in fact I am already planning our next trip to stay in this condo!"

This corner unit has an expansive deck and also a screened in entrance way making storage for beach items easy. The host was very proactive in communication and responsive to questions. We truly loved our stay and can’t wait to visit again!"
