"Shops very handy"

"It exceeded our expectations. I had a little trepidation due to reviews about service levels but I have to say we did not experience anything negative just the opposite. Staff were attentive, pleasant and prompt. The property and room was gorgeous. Restaurants were amazing and service by the pool was great. On arrival we had a wonderful surprise waiting for us in the room from the hotel of champagne and Balloons for my husbands milestone birthday. The location is great and just a short walk to the bars and restaurants in Burleigh."

"The room was old and because of the choice of tiles looked dirty. The dust on the door to the ensuite was absolutely foul. The view was lovely. It was close to what we needed. The information provided from staff in the welcome email was excellent."

Not only that we had a ton of dirty laundry with us and wanted to just cook a nice home-cooked meal. This place provided all the amenities for us to stay and feel right at home. We would absolutely go back. We were warmly welcome to upon our arrival. This place is far exceeded our expectations on every level. If you are considering booking here, we recommend the first floor."

"Perfect for our needs and very pet friendly. Close to beach and great getaway location. Lots of family games and kid friendly books. Didn't affect our stay but would have been nice if the lawn was mowed and the cleaning could have been better (floor not well vacuumed)"
