The unit had a full kitchen, washing machine and even an outdoor patio area, plus interior dining room and sitting room. The owners really thought about what guests might need. There was an excellent assortment of teas, coffee and an espresso machine ready to use. The location had easy access and the owner was responsive to questions we had in advance. There is a bit of road noise but not enough to be a nuisance. It’s easy to get in and out of, being in a small cul de sac, and is great if you want to be at good shops and parks, with a lake and a small beachside bay not far away. We had 3 nights in Boya St. Generally speaking, the accomodation was very well equipped and clean. We did have to borrow a doona from our daughter as we were cold the first night. We like to sleep with fresh air and not with the air conditioner on.The only thing I would suggest is that more space for clothes would be good.
