"Took more than 1,000,000 pesos from me despite not using the reservation. Even though I told them I was cancelling they still took all the money for the reservation . I made it very clear we wouldn't be attending, my granpda made the reservation and he's not great with technology, so he didn't know how to cancel with Expedia. However, I would make note that you will clearly hear voices from other rooms even though people are talking at a normal volume. If the hotel was fully occupied it would be very unpleasant . Windows do not open to the outside. They open into a light shaft and noise travels up and down. "
