Relax in this cozy and modern townhome in the University area; it is close to great restaurants and bars and less than two minutes from I-10. Centrally located, this place is easy access to Ft. Bliss and great hiking trails to the west; head south five minutes and you will experience beautiful downtown El Paso. Get your workout in with an exercise bike, yoga mat, roller or set of dumbbells. Inside you will enjoy refrigerated air and plenty of shows and movies to choose from with great sound.

No extra guests will be allowed unless they are declared. Lost keys will have to be paid for along with locks/rekeying.
