Conveniently located, easy access to all main freeways( I-10, US54, Loop 375, Spur 601)  
and international bridges.  
UMC hospital 5 min away  
Close to Shopping centers ( Bassett Place and Cielo Vista)  
Cassidy Gate 2 min away (Fort Bliss).   
Grocery Stores and PF gym located 5 min away or less  
Refrigerated A/C, wooden floors, modern kitchen design, new bathroom.  
\*PET FEE $125\* For last minute reservations after 12pm, wanting to arrive same day, check-in will vary, not at 3pm. Consult with me the time before booking to make sure you can wait..  
  
You’re getting a $0 cleaning fee for a short stay. That means the house will be perfectly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. We expect for you to leave it tidy upon check-out, that includes the kitchen appliances that you use or else you will be charged a fee.

#### Decent Property that is overpriced and loaded with fees

Pros: Close to major freeways Quiet neighborhood Seemed safe Responsive host Cons: One TV and one couch Beds are not comfortable Washer requires an extension cord to operate, seems dangerous Overall the host was responsive and nice. The property is subdivided, make sure you go to the right place. Furniture and appliances are old and somewhat trashy. Per day cost on top of fees is not worth renting this property.
