Also its the little things, holes in the wall/caulking of the shower which just has to have caused water damage to the structure. The bathroom was good, the appliances (fridge, microwave, television, etc…) all worked normally, and the furniture was comfortable to sit in and sleep in. However, the surrounding area was a bit on the urban side. I do not blame that, but it must be said. Each time me and my partner returned to the apartment after an extended time away, a smell of smoke would be throughout the place, primarily in the living area space. Some dog also loved barking in the middle of the night right above us. These aspects aren’t the fault of anyone hosting the space, but of other tenants and any surrounding problems. TLDR; the apartment itself is pretty decent for how it’s priced, but surrounding area and tenants can be a real annoyance. ##### Elliot K.
