    Smoking or strong odors indoors are not allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if odors are detected.

We were looking for a comfortable, peaceful home to share quality time during our father’s wake. Suggestions I would make would be to do upgrades. The furniture and fixtures were run down and cheap. The bed frames were scratched up and the chairs in the bedrooms were old office chairs. The air conditioning was horrible, never getting below 76, so we were thankful for the fans. The outdoor chairs were cheap and uncomfortable, which was unfortunate as we spent a lot of time on the back porch. The location was convenient to everywhere we needed to get to and the ease of getting in and out were much appreciated. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location.
