All 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, backyard and indoor spaces are private during your stay. There is a studio apartment on the side of the house completely private from the rest of the house with permanent tenant. Tenant has their own separate entrance on north side of the house on opposite side of garage away from front entry. The only shared space will be carport, parking spot on right side is reserved for tenant.
