"The Cabin at the Place By the Sea is really a perfect beach paradise. The room was immaculate, beautiful, and comfortable. The outdoor patio was inviting, open, and comfortable. The only problem I had was that there was an area wide power outage and I arrived to pitch black with no idea what had gone happened. When I was able to finally contact someone, they were apologetic and accommodating, even offered to refund me for the nights in the dark. I look forward to staying there again, with or without power, even! "

"The hotel is in a convenient location and the room was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. The bathroom had a slight odor, but it was manageable. The shower hot water was inconsistent, which could be improved. A mini fridge in the room would also be a nice addition."

There were some cleanliness issues and although the front desk staff were extremely friendly, housekeeping did not clean our room for the duration of the stay, even though we asked frequently. The breakfast was amazing and the coffee even better. The pool is small but cute. The convenience of being close to restaurants, bars, and local community was worth it. I just hope they do a better job with daily room cleanings."
