"Property is run down, we misplaced our room key and they don’t have a spare so had to have someone open door each time, was an inconvenient and had to wait over 20 mins in wet clothes as it seems like they forgot to help us and had to request for help again. Next day, was able to found room key, maybe time to start using key card that can be reprogrammed if this happens to other visitors, am sure we weren’t the only ones. "The hotel is right at the center of Hammamet, beautiful and peaceful area. There is plenty of shopping and food around, there is also a beach just outside the town. You need to be independent and low maintenance at this hotel due to staff being a bit cold and unavailable at times. The manager is the only English speaking person, and he can be reached through WhatsApp."

"Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out. "Tout était parfait ! Un seul point c’est la cuisine en piscine avec notamment un burger en piscine avec un steak surgelé qui n’a rien à faire dans ce type d’établissement. Beaucoup d’aliments sont sourcés localement et les restaurants le soir sont très bien donc on etait très déçu de la qualité de la cuisine coté plage et piscine. En dehors de cela le cadre est parfait, le personnel est tres attentionné, le service en chambre qui passe deux fois par jour. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel genuinely cared for. The cleaners, in particular, were fantastic—not only did they keep the rooms spotless, but they were also so friendly and cheerful every day. It really made a difference and added a personal touch to the stay. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and the location couldn’t have been better—absolutely perfect for getting around and exploring the area. I’m so glad I chose this hotel and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!"

"A 4 star for a 4 star...which is much more a 3 star. Staff are friendly, but laid back. If you manage to get their attention it'll still take 10 mins to get you a drink. The animation team are constantly working, long hours from sun up for breakfast to after sundown and closing shows. 8am to 11pm. Got to hand it to them. Amenities need updating, as do rooms. Our shower drain was blocked when we areived, meaning an 11pm flood! Maintenance areived within 5 mins, and a cleaner 10 mins later. Great service...but after the fact. Beach is a few mins walk down a dead end street, so very quiet. Beach is busy though"
