Malgré un petit contretemps à mon arrivée concernant le manque de serviettes pour prendre ma douche, le problème a été réglé en moins de 30 minutes, ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécié.
Le personnel est très accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider. Une mention spéciale à l'équipe du buffet et du restaurant, qui offre un excellent service et répond rapidement à toutes les demandes avec le sourire.
Dans l'ensemble, j'ai passé un très agréable séjour. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour la qualité de son service et l'amabilité de son personnel.

Arriving half an hour earlier than the standard check-in time on Expedia, we couldn't get access to the room, weren't given a day pass so had to purchase lunch and drinks even though we'd paid all inclusive and there were several other people having this same argument in reception while we were trying to check in. For a hotel which has a lot of rooms, one dining room and bar aren't enough. Would not recommend an all inclusive hotel and wouldn't stay again.

"The location was the highlight. The pool was amazing and the breakfast was great. However, we didn’t have any wifi connection in our rooms and the humidity made all our belongings damp. For a 4 stars hotel they should invest into better wifi and dehumidifiers."

"The air conditioning wasn’t working and they gave us a fan to use, which was broken. We had to go to the lobby again to get another fan. Water in shower oscillated from cold to scalding while showering. Facilities were beautiful and we had a balcony with a view of the ocean."
