The room was clean however we had to request hand soap as the cleaners did not fill on our arrival, and then we were given soap but the dispenser was unusable. The buffet was nice , the Moroccan themed restaurant was great however the Chinese themed restaurant food was a let down, the three outdoor pools was a highlight, and we will try the indoor pool and gym if we visit the hotel again. Friendly and helpful staff especially the Front desk, bar staff and the pool staff we would recommend.

"Clean hotel but the place reeked of raw sewage the evening I checked in. Not sure if the sewers were backed up because of the rain or what. But the stench was offensive. Limited food availability. There is no hot food around the clock. One night, around 930pm, the dinner service had already finished ..."
