Located in the third row of the exclusive Playa del Carmen community, this 1000 m² property features stunning views of the lagoon and ocean and is just steps from the clubhouse. It’s perfect for large families or groups who want to share without sacrificing comfort. The house includes an indoor fireplace and a cozy fire pit in the garden—ideal for enjoying warm, relaxing nights outdoors or inside. The Space: The house is arranged in three modules: Social module: spacious living room with fireplace, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Private ensuite module: two floors, four bedrooms (two per floor), each with a private bathroom. Shared bathroom module: two floors, four bedrooms (two per floor), with one shared bathroom per floor. It also features a large terrace, BBQ area, garden fire pit, and ideal spaces for family or group gatherings. Guest Access: You’ll have full access to all areas of HOP Lago & Mar, including all three modules, terraces, BBQ area, and free private parking. This area blends nature and comfort just 2 hours from Lima. Getting Around: The community is located at kilometer 204 of the new Panamericana Sur highway. At the entrance, there’s a REPSOL gas station with a minimarket and restaurant. From there, you can easily reach Chincha (25 min), Pisco (10 min), and Paracas (30 min).
