The staff was very kind and meet our needs even with the language barrier The breakfast wasnt what others bragged about but still we were able to fill up each morning The cafe was a nice bonus And lastly the pool area was so soothing nice chill spot not to party crazy but still a Dj played each afternoon also the poolside meals were excellent 👌

The staff was courteous and overall very helpful. The spaces were clean. They had easy access to taxis if you needed them and the breakfast buffet, and restaurants were delicious. We did ask for extra water a few times and it was stated it would be brought up and never was. Other than that, the stay was pleasant!

Unfortunately the name of the property was not Yoo by Wynwood. It is P. H. Yoo Panama & Arts Tower. This detail that was incorrect cost us time, money and stress at the beginning of our trip. We weren't able to get in touch with anyone at the property or at expedia and we ended up having to cross reference google photos to figure out the correct name and address of the location. This took us about an hour to do in a Country that we had never been to. We are very displeased with Expedia about this. We still have not been contacted by anyone.
