General description of the neighborhood
Residential area called Coveta Fumá, three minutes from El Campello, a quintessential tourist town where you can walk to the beach; there are two coves less than a 2-minute drive away. It has all the necessary amenities, including public transportation, a supermarket, restaurants, and bars... It’s 20 minutes from Alicante and 30 minutes from Benidorm. It’s a quiet area where you can enjoy the surroundings while still being perfectly located. El Campello, located in the heart of the Costa Blanca, is a seaside town just 10 km from Alicante and 30 km from Benidorm. Its stunning 23-km-long coastline makes this town a vibrant and privileged tourist destination, enriched by the various coves and beaches that surround it. El Campello offers the chance to enjoy the peace and relaxation we seek on our vacations, as well as to have a good time by taking advantage of the nightlife or trying out water sports. There are several golf courses near the property; the closest is a 15-minute drive away. Thanks to one of Spain’s golfing legends, Severo Ballesteros, the culture surrounding this sport is highly respected in our country. Today, there are 13 golf courses scattered throughout the Costa Blanca and more than 30 in the Valencian Community. A great home for a vacation with family or friends. How to get around the area
You can park your car on the property; there are bus and tram stops less than 200 meters away (the tram runs from Alicante to Dénia, thereby covering the entire Alicante coastline).
