Very bad service until you start to tip the workers that’s when they help you out it took them 6 hours to get a animal out of my room and that was because I kept on bugging them about it. Unless you tip the workers they will help you out if not your on your own. I honestly disliked the say will never come back!

Velas is a beautiful resort. The staff has always been helpful and very friendly. Fun activities and nightly shows along with good food with themed dinners. There is a nice and clean gym that has the basics for a good workout. The rooms are comfortable and relaxing. We have stayed here many times and will continue to return.
