"The staff were very helpful. Housekeeper Reagan (who remembered us and our earlier room number from our previous visit) was especially helpful in getting many things that we needed and in making the room perfect. Housekeeping manager Luma was also very cooperative and helpful, as were the front desk staff and manager Natalie. The hotel is showing its age in places but they are renovating, and the staff make up for any problems by addressing them."

"Friendly, helpful staff. Great pool, though it closes too early. Short walk to shops, but you can take the shuttle (every hour), shuttle to the Dead Sea beach every 20 minutes. Beautiful view from the Deluxe Room. Massage at the Spa was good. Would stay again."

"The staff was very helpful! Allowing us to do a late check out so we could spend the morning at the sea and in the pool and showering in our room! The close access to the Dead Sea was a huge perk and the private beach was very nice! The pool was great as well as the indoor pools! Highly recommend!"

"I was looking for a nice place to spend a few days adjusting to jet lag. The room was medium size, sparsely furnished and had a pretty good sized bathroom. There were few amenities on site, with the exception of a hot beverage station. My booking included the buffet breakfast and is definitely worth enjoying. An abundance of juices, hot drinks, salads, and other dishes. No cook to order option, but the service and dining are are lovely."
