However, we really enjoyed the dining room breakfast (included), and the patios. Parking lot is small, so you have to get lucky to snag a spot (although it is free to park). The pool water feels chilly, pool towels are hard to get, and lunch options are limited. The dinner buffet was $35 USD per person, so we walked to the Ein Bokek Restaurant (seriously good hummus) for a cheaper meal most nights. I agree that this place has the look of luxury, but is missing the extra service elements to justify the high price (slow check in, poor towel service). We asked politely, since we arrived so late, if there was a chance to extend our stay and delay the check-out time (especially as Gold VIP customers at Hotels.com) and he answered aggressively and rudely - no!!!!! with no desire to help or be helpful. I emphasize that it was not a busy time, the desk was free of guests. The hotel itself had a foul smell on the ground floor, and the room didn't look like anything in the pictures.
