There are no toilets at pool level and our friend who used a mobility scooter was unable to access the pool as there were no ramps. On the other hand the food was outstanding and the staff were lovely. The staff went above and beyond during our stay. We enjoyed the beautiful property, including indoor jacuzzi, hammocks, private beach access, and many other amenities. The breakfast and dinner buffets were fantastic. We are vegetarians and had plenty to eat.
