Welcome to our comfortable and quiet residential building in Egmond a / d Hoef. Description : Our attractive living and dining area, hall, cloakroom and toilet are on the ground floor. Our house has cable TV and internet connection (WLAN). Our fully equipped kitchen has direct access to our green and enclosed garden where you can relax over breakfast under the open sky. In the 1st On the floor you will find our 2 cozy, spacious bedrooms. Each with a double bed (one with its own sink). The floor-level shower with sink and a room for your luggage are adjacent. In our garden house washing machine, dryer, garden furniture and grill are ready for you. The new shopping center with supermarket / bakery / pastry chef / butcher and exclusive fish shop is 100 m away and ensures stress-free shopping 7 days a week (2 min walk). Cycling tours 'De Brede Duinroute': The province of Noord-Holland is great to explore by bike. VVV Noord-Holland offers a total of 15 themed routes between 18 and 47 km in length The 'Wide Dune Route' is one of the most beautiful cycling routes in the Netherlands. It runs for 42 km on signposted paths through polders and forests, past the highest dunes in the Netherlands (54 m) and historic towns such as Alkmaar and Bergen. On the way you can pay a visit to the bird reserve “De Putten” or make a short stop in Camperduin or Schoorl. Maps for the “Brede Duinroute” are available from the local VVVs There is also a mountain bike course (16km) in the dunes (Schoorl) Day tour 'De Koggenroute': This route takes you along typical farms, windmills, pastures, castles and museums. Especially when the weather is fine, you can take fantastic pictures of the typical Dutch landscape, as it was immortalized on canvas by old masters in the Middle Ages. The historical places like Hoorn, Medemblik, Enkhuizen, de Rijp take you into the golden age of the 17th Jht. During this period, Holland (De Zeven United Provincia) rose to become the leading world power and trading nation. De Rijp is also home to Jan Adriaanszoon Leeghwater, a Dutch engineer, mill designer and architect. Vom oben gelegenen Schlafzimmer konnte man direkt dorthin sehen.Der einzige Haken war die Toilette unten (bei einer sehr steilen Treppe) und die Schlafzimmer oben.Sonst für 4 Personen sehr gut geeignet!Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet - nur die Senseo-Kaffemaschine fehlte leider. Der Garten mit Tisch und Stühlen ist wirklich super. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, hat aber einen rustikalen Charme. Die Lage zu Alkmaar und dem Ortsteil Egmond aan Zee ist toll. Der Empfang war herzlich mit Wein und frischen Blumen auf dem Tisch. Sehr ruhige Lage, Supermarkt direkt ums Eck und bis ans Meer in Egmond aan Zee eine halbe Stunde Fußmarsch. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief immer umkompliziert und schnell, Ein- und Auschecken ebenfalls. Für 4 Personen optimal. Die Treppe ins OG ist sehr steil und eng, wie in Holland üblich. Hier wäre eine etwas hellere Lampe von Vorteil genau wie ein paar Haken im Bad und den Schlafzimmern. Aber generell waren wir sehr zufrieden. ##### Susanne R. Sehr nette Vermieter. Uns wurde sogar noch ein Treppengitter eingebaut, da wir mit Kleinkind dort waren. Sehr gut sortierter Supermarkt ums Eck. Rundherum Tulpenfelder, mit dem Auto in sieben Minuten am Meer. Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet! Wenn ich was kritisieren müsste, dann wäre es nur, dass für unseren Geschmack sehr viel Deko im Haus ist. Das ist mit Kind dann etwas unpraktisch. Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist sehr steil. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und auch als es ein kleines Problem gab (selbstverschuldet), wurde direkt freundlich geholfen. Es hat ausstattungsmäßig an nichts gefehlt nur eine zweite Toilette wäre schön, ging aber für die paar Tage auch so. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und der Wohn - Essraum gemütlich ausgestattet. Die Lage ist optimal. In einem Wohngebiet und nur 50 m von einem großen Supermarkt gelegen. Nach Egmond aan Zee an den Strand sind es fußläufig ca.20 Minuten.
