"The shower head is fixed to wall above shower screen doors,so when you take a shower the head of shower was spraying everywhere which I didn’t realise it was wetting my clothes that I was putting on and wash bag.this was room 105 I told them this but poor apology. I bet this will not be fixed "

"The staff were fantastic. Couldn’t fault them and they were always very helpful. Since Galgorm have taken over and made it ‘family friendly’ it has turned tacky. They need to either revamp and modernise the hotel for family’s and kids or else reinstate it to its former glory. A helter skelter in the car park, a bouncy castle in one of the large rooms make it feel like a very expensive kids adventure play area. £500 for 2 nights and not stated anywhere that the main bar is closed and only a ‘pop up’ bar with 2 beers on draft and a few spirits. It’s sad to see such an amazing place go downhill so much "
