Really great location, close to town and not far from outdoor activities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the cinnamon buns they sell at check in, they're amazing!

This guest house is perfect for a one night stay in between cities. I am solo traveling the Ring Road and this was a great place to take a break. The staff was really friendly. It’s on the way up north and it is about 20 minutes away from cafés and gas stations.

Property was well maintained and beds and showers were good. The kitchen had everything we needed. Keep in mind, this property is about 20 min out of town so you can’t walk home after dinner, if that is what you want. The surrounding area was beautiful and quiet. This would be a great place to see the Northern Lights (it was very cloudy and raining when we were there) and the location was perfect for getting to Hengifoss before the crowds.

The guesthouse is clean, organized, spacious and has a laundry service. Laundry can be done before 7:30pm and will be returned to you by 9pm. The area is quiet and not far from Egilsstaðir. Breakfast is included and can accommodate gluten sensitivity diets. Also had soy milk available for cereal. Free coffee and tea in the kitchen.

Is a guest house with all that counts with it. The laundry service ended up being very useful to help us optimise our day. Nice and friendly staff rounds out the equation. Good home made breakfast. World have liked the option to order dune eggs.

Overall facility was great. Very clean, comfortable and food was really good. Quiet hours need to be enforced. That was our only issue which is no fault of the accommodation itself. The room beside us was talking very loudly well past midnight with no regard for those trying to rest. Outside of this the place was great.

This is the best guest house so far we had experienced. It has shared bath room and shower however it is very nice size and never felt it being used and wait a long time. It has a sink at our room so very easy. Guest house provide breakfast and also good dinner for purchase. They are all in good quality! Thank you for your service! You are the best!

This is a very clean, comfortable and friendly place to stay. Walking paths around the property. Great places to relax and large dining room for eating. Shared bathrooms are clean and weren’t crowded. Felt very at home here.
