"No signal so you cant get wifi, basic room but super clean, but it would be good to have a shower matt/towel. Dont leave anything in the room as we left a top in there and nobody gets back to you or helps when you call or email"

"The staff was excellent and the location was convenient to everything. However, the pool was quite small, the rooms were not very clean, and the bathroom layout felt awkward due to the doors. The bed mattress was also uncomfortable to sleep on."

"It was very convenient for us who had a 12 hour layover in LHR. It took us about 30 minutes to get to the hotel since we had to grab a train and then walk a walkway for about 10 minutes. Next day we got a warm breakfast and went to our gate. We had to pass the security check points again and walk thru long corridors to reach our gate. It was not that crowded so it took us about 30 minutes to get to hour gate. Staying at this hotel was a blessing."

"Breakfast was good. English breakfast, fruit bowl, toast, orange juice, coffee m, tea, hot chocolate are all available. Breakfast staff are very quick. Food was hot and enough for us. It is only served between 7 and 9. Ample seating available but I expect it fills up quickly in peak season. Just around the corner from Paddington station and lots of good restaurants"
