"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Hotel RIU Westminster London. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. The lighting in the shower room and toilet was far too dim, making it difficult to get ready, particularly in the morning. The breakfast offered a good variety overall, but some items were below the standard we expected. In particular, the scrambled eggs were disappointing in both texture and taste. The rest of the breakfast selection was good and there was plenty of choice. Overall, it was a good stay, and with a few small improvements, it would be an excellent hotel experience."

"Price is purely on location which is fab if your flight isn’t cancelled and rescheduled from another terminal, hotel check in took way too long given it was being done by about four staff all panicking"

"Check in was swift and we were given a room on the first floor. The room overlooked an atrium with several other rooms facing into us which was slightly disappointing. The room was nice but could do with a little bit of TLC. Breakfast was okay. Plenty of staff on hand, however the area is pretty cramped and there isn’t much space between tables. The hot selection was quite limited and wasn’t always particularly hot. The pool and spa facilities were excellent and the staff very friendly. For the price we paid, and the facilities provided combined with the location of the hotel, I would stay again, but it would be good if the issues with the breakfast area could be resolved."

"I had a one-night stay at The Cumberland in London and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, right next to Marble Arch and Hyde Park, with easy access to Oxford Street and the Underground. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it perfect for a short stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and the check-in/check-out process was quick and efficient."

"The room was clean, pods exactly as expected. Staff helpful and attentive. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Cleaning team on top of it all at all hours. Whether restocking towels in vending machine or toilet rolls, hoovering or making showers spotless. Lounging area was great to sit, eat and just chill. Lack of tv was great as made you talk. Music was piped in lounge area and lifts. Was just right. Loved the experience, would go for a lower pod in future. Avoid stairs."

"Just had 2 nights at the Taj, the hotel was lovely and the staff very helpful and friendly. We arrived early, our room wasn't ready so they stored our cases in a safe place and when our room was ready they took them up to the room for us before we came back."
