Outdoor deck with great views and gas grill. One (6’7” clearance) covered parking spot & and 2 additional surface parking spots. Elevator just steps from front door w/access to the parking garage. Condo is 1st floor, no stairs to or inside condo.

The River Pines complex consists of long term locals and short term rentals. There is a common breezeway that is shared with three other homes and the elevator. This breezeway is at ground level to the outdoor parking area.
This condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The kitchen is well stocked, stacked washer/dryer, gas fireplace and a deck overlooking a grassy area adjacent to a walking path along the river.
Guest access
Guests will use a Smart lockbox to access the condo. A code will be sent to the guest the day before arrival.
