The staff are really stellar especially the front desk. There's plenty of parking and we'll lit, a prime consideration when coming back from an event late at night. Very close to the park and ride LRT which is why we stay here so often

Room was very clean. Yes, the furniture is old but very well taken care off. We had a microwave and coffee machine in the room while our friend who stayed at the Delta 300 meters away did not have any of those in his room but paid double for his room. We slept extremly good as the beds were very comfortable and the other guests quiet.

I stayed 2 nights with my family. Room was good and clean, bed was comfortable. One of the bathroom towel was having lipstick marking of previous costumer. Nothing healthy in the breakfast section, just coffee and beagels and breads. We eat from mc’d. I booked a week before arrival. So for focusing on the stay only , it was good, and i payed 198dollars it was on thanksgiving weekend. Escalator was not working, eventhough we got notified by the hotel. If uou just want to stay and not to have hotel breakfast, it is a good option, to that price.

Free parking, knowledgeable and helpful staff, pet friend (including cats and birds?!) and the basics were there (clean floors, toilet paper, towels, etc). A bit expensive for how worn down the rooms and building is but a little bit rough around the edges I can handle if it’s clean and not a health risk.

The staff was INCREDIBLE!!! I couldn't say enough good things about the ladies who helped accomodate my stay. Incredibly friendly, easy to work with and SO lovely. 5/5 stars for the staff no second thoughts. The rooms are very old and in rough shape, if you're just looking for somewhere to throw your stuff and lay your head it'll do the job! Lots of parking, air conditioning was great
