This is a brand new house with beautiful legal basement suite. Separate HVAC system, and separate thermostat controls.

The 2 bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and large window to let in natural light. The full bathroom, which offers a shower/tub combination. Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances. There is the cute living room and laundry facilities for free. Coffee and tea is complimentary.
