The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery. Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own! Guest access You have full and total access of our guest suite with private entrance during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to Chapelle Shopping Centre - a close by vibrant shopping district in Edmonton! As a guest of our unit, you will have exclusive access to the main floor of the house, which includes three bedrooms, two living rooms, one full kitchens, and 2 full bathrooms and a half bathroom, and the hot tub. Sign our short-term rental agreement This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks. 2\. Complete ID verification All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. Choose your damage protection option You’ll have two options to finalize your booking: – Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. It's in a good location and all the amenities you need are in less than 5 minutes away.
