Choose your damage protection option You’ll have two options to finalize your booking: – Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay. OR – Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules. Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee. Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes. We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house. There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us. Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. Although it was nice inside one bed was way too soft the other I assume was memory foam needless to say uncomfortable, our stay was for 3 weeks (21 days) not enough toilet paper to last that long needed to purchase more warming meals was a challenge unless cooked fresh no access to a microwave or if they even are allowed in Canada and the final issue was not being able to log back into Netflix for the remainder of our stay no matter what we tried location was pretty good nice neighborhood but got to tell you that for people with bad knees beware after 3 weeks of up and down stairs which are pretty steep will cause discomfort definitely will not stay in this unit again would prefer downtown Condo with an elevator Use your own opinion if you book this property just be ready ##### Martin U.
