Rented a room with two queen beds. Beds were hard. Sore backs when woke up in the morning. Shower didn’t have much pressure unless using the wand. Only coffee in room was dark roast. Over all at $170 we won’t be back.

Enjoyed our stay so much. Great location, easy to find, ample parking, etc. The room was perfect - we like a kitchenette to save a little money by bringing some of our own food. The kitchenette had everything we needed and more. The layout made us feel like we were at cozy at home. Bed and pillows are so comfy! We will be back :)

There was food (pizza toppings and chewed gum), hair, hair clips, bottle caps in my bed. We finally did get moved to another room. My daughter forgot her book in first room and when I called hotel they assured they went and looked and nothing was there. I drove all the way back just to be sure and she assured me again that she had looked personally but did give me keys to look again. We went to room and book was right on side table by phone in plain sight. For the price and the “Specialty” they claim this hotel to be I definitely would not stay here a second time. It was a weekend just for some one on one time with my one daughter and thought it would be nice to splurge on a fancy hotel and was deeply disappointed.

I have probably stayed at this hotel 10 times and I’ve never had a bad experience. I like the layout of the large kitchenette suites and the staff is always been very friendly.

Such a fantastic place to get away. The double rainfall shower was definitely a highlight in our room. The pool was a fantastic spot to relax and even has a slide! Will be staying here again and again.

Very clean, bed comfortable, pillows had two sets soft and firm. Quiet area and close to shopping. staff were super friendly from checkin to answering any questions during my stay. Definitely would recommend to stay at Sandman Signature Sherwood Park.

We had loud noises all night we didn’t sleep well two out of the three nights we called the front office and it still didn’t stop kids in the pool up till 11 at night so we couldn’t go in the hot tub and there was running around in the hallways above us, it was a terrible sleep not a great experience

The front desk staff were both wonderful. Very friendly. Very welcoming. The bed & pillows were extremely comfortable! The washroom was very nice. However, both my adult daughter and I hated the washroom door! When traveling with someone other than your spouse/partner a barn style door on the washroom does not feel like an appropriate choice. There is a noticeable gap between the door and the wall. I stayed seated on my bed while my daughter showered. She did the same when it was my turn to shower. We were awakened several times during the night because of slamming doors and people talking. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of soundproofing.

Our go to place when travelling to Sherwood Park- twice a year. Friendly staff, clean rooms and lobby, comfortable beds , pillow choices shower and separate tub. Love the option of a 1 bedroom with full fridge. Enjoy pool and hot tub.
