The house was lovely. The renovation is beautiful. I can't comment on any of the appliances or kitchen supplies as we didn't use them. The house was very clean and I notice the details. We did have an issue on our first full day, as a dining chair leg collapsed the first time my son in law(160lbs)sat on it. Whether it was damaged by a previous occupant or it was just the cheap hollow tube construction, the fact remains that it broke through no fault of his. I was charged 150 and because he responded to my dispute I guess I am responsible. Also, this house is on a very busy road in Edmonton. While our family in the bedroom in the back of the house couldn't hear the trafficking, the master suite was not as soundproof.
