What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing: \- The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, we provide tall cooling towers in each bedroom for ease and comfort sleeping at night, and open windows help create a great cross breeze to cool down the suite fast! \-This home does have a downstairs suite that is also a short term rental AND there is a possibility that the downstairs guests may have pets. The space is not shared as it is a completely separate unit with it's own entrance and HVAC system. Our house comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 1 king size bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen size bed, and one double bed in the 3rd bedroom. We also have a large blow-up mattress you can set up in the spacious living room. All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery. The location is fantastic. Especially liked the fact you have a garage to park your car in overnight. Landlords are professionals and super fast and helpful with their communication.
