But an outside motion light for arriving after dark would be really benefical. Its hard to navigate in the gate and down the stairs in the dark. Some stepping stones across the grass to the gate would be a good addition as well. It would make it more obvious where to enter. The gate latch could use some attention. Storing your cleaning equip somewhere else would also be nice. The first step into the basement is broken, very tall, and made of slippery tiles. There are no handrails going down into the basement suite. The suite itself is very clean and new looking.
