Two minutes to four major Banks, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Sobeys, Save-On-Foods, No Frills, A&W, Dairy Queen, Shopper's Drug Mart, Walk-in clinic, etc. \*Check in 3pm \~ Check out 11am\* Easy access to Anthony Henday, Yellowhead Highway, Highways 15, 21, 28, 37\. Conveniently located in the corridor of Northern Alberta. The suite has a separate side entrance on the left side of the Home (beside the Porch). When we say it's cozy, it has its own separate furnace. You will feel warmth in the winter in the 600 sq ft space. The living room has a 55" Samsung LED Television, power reclining leather couch. The Suite was recently developed, brand new Refrigerator, Stove, Washer and Dryer, 2 very comfortable Queen size beds in the bedrooms. The rooms have adequate shelving in the closet. The Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cooking supplies, toaster, K-cup Coffee machine. There is a dedicated computer station. Laundry is free. Property manager was very accommodating and communicated very well.
