This spacious home sleeps up to 10 and blends comfort with adventure. Soak in the hot tub, cozy up by wood-burning fireplaces, or dine outdoors under the covered patio. Enjoy coffee on the private terrace, or gather at the fire pit in the full-size Tipi for a magical evening. Ideal for multifamily stays —perfect for relaxing or celebrating. •8 min to WEM • 20 min to YEG • river valley trails • 4 queen beds •1 sofa-bed in loft The property sleeps 10 adults and has extra room for infants, toddlers, and small children.(playpen, mini-crib and toddler bed) FIREPLACES : Each fireplace comes with enough wood for one fire. Only birch firewood is to be burned in the fireplace . Additional firewood is available on site at $10 a bundle, please message through the app. 2ND FLOOR \- Master bedroom with 2 queen beds. ensuite bathroom & wood burning fireplace \- 2 additional bedrooms each with a queen bed \- Sofabed in loft \- Terrace with loungers OUTDOOR : \- Hot tub \- Covered deck with large table & lounge set \- BBQ \- Fenced yard \- 2 fire pits Please burn wood responsibly and check for local fire bans. Wood is located at the rear of the property behind the Hot Tub. Guests have access to the main and upper home as well as the backyard , upper Terrace and lower deck. The basement suite is rented out separately and has its own private entrance. Absolutely no smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the property—including the tipi, both decks, and the backyard. This is due to insurance requirements and the fact that the backyard is covered in cedar chips, which are highly flammable.
